1 General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and super777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, accessing the super777 website, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

super777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which super777 operates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to super777 customer support for resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, the parties agree to seek resolution through arbitration before pursuing any other legal remedy.

1.1 Scope of Services

super777 provides an online platform offering sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and hockey), casino games (including live dealer tables, slots, and crash games), and related services to players in Bangladesh. The Platform operates exclusively in English. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.

1.2 Acknowledgement of Risk

Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that the outcome of bets and casino games is uncertain, that you may lose some or all funds wagered, and that super777 does not guarantee any winnings. You agree that all gambling activity on the Platform is undertaken voluntarily and at your sole risk.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on super777, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You are aged 18 years or above.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You do not hold an existing account on super777 under the same or any other identity.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from super777 or excluded by super777 for any reason.
• You are not on any government-mandated exclusion list relevant to online gambling in your jurisdiction.

2.1 Age Verification Process

super777 conducts age and identity verification at the point of registration and prior to processing a player's first withdrawal. Players may be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and a recent proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months). Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until compliance is achieved.

2.2 Bangladesh Player Eligibility

super777 welcomes players from all eight administrative divisions of Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with any local laws applicable to them. super777 does not provide legal advice and recommends that players seek independent legal guidance if they are uncertain about their eligibility.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one registered account on super777. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred contact number. You are required to keep this information up to date at all times. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your super777 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. super777 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately at support@super777.

3.2 Account Security Recommendations

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Never access your super777 account on shared or public devices.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on mobile devices.
• Do not respond to any unsolicited communications that request your account credentials — super777 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.
• Enable any two-factor authentication options made available by the Platform as they are introduced.

3.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. super777 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to dormant accounts after prior written notice to the registered email address. Players are encouraged to log in periodically to keep their account active. The full balance remains the property of the player and may be claimed at any time upon successful identity verification.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

super777 supports a range of payment methods specifically chosen for the convenience of players in Bangladesh. Accepted payment methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, however super777 reserves the right to apply transaction limits in accordance with its internal risk management policies. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your account balance instantly in normal operating conditions. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one business day to be reflected in your account.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed by super777 during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, BST, UTC+6). Super777.my aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of receipt during business days, however final receipt of funds by the player is also subject to the processing time of the relevant payment provider. Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal request can be approved.

Withdrawals will, where possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) measure. Where the original payment method is unavailable, super777 may request additional documentation before processing the withdrawal to an alternative method.

4.3 Prohibited Payment Practices

• Depositing funds on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• The use of payment methods that do not belong to you or are not registered in your name is prohibited.
• Chargebacks or disputes raised with payment providers without first contacting super777 support constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and legal action.
• super777 does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency at this time.

5 Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets and wagers placed on super777 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game. These rules are published within the Platform and form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between specific game rules and these general Terms, the specific game rules will take precedence in relation to that particular game or market.

5.1 Sports Betting

super777 offers pre-match and in-play betting markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC ODI Series, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and hockey. Odds are quoted as decimal odds. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the player. super777 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds caused by a technical fault, or on markets that should not have been offered for any reason.

In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice due to events in the match, technical issues, or at super777's discretion. Any bets placed just before or during a suspension are subject to review and may be voided if it is determined that the player had access to information not available to super777 at the time of bet placement (for example, a match incident that occurred before the odds were updated).

5.2 Casino Games

Casino games available on super777, including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games, use certified random number generators (RNGs) provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. super777 does not control or manipulate game outcomes. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and is available within the game's information panel.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game, market, and bet type. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface prior to bet confirmation. super777 reserves the right to impose individual player stake limits at its discretion, particularly where there is evidence of matched betting, arbitrage, or other systematic betting strategies that affect the commercial sustainability of the Platform.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

super777 offers various promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and reload bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated to players at the time the offer is presented. General rules applicable to all bonuses are set out below.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified for each individual promotion. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement must generate ৳20,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal of the bonus or associated winnings is permitted.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

super777 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Activities considered abusive include, but are not limited to: claiming a welcome bonus using multiple accounts, placing low-risk hedging bets across different outcomes specifically to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk, colluding with other players to abuse referral or friend bonuses, and providing false information to claim bonuses for which a player is not eligible. Where bonus abuse is identified, super777 reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings, and to close the player's account without prior notice.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period during which the wagering requirement must be fulfilled. The expiry period is specified in the individual promotion terms. Upon expiry, any remaining bonus balance and any winnings generated from unfulfilled wagering requirements will be removed from the account automatically.

7 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using super777, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, databases, or associated systems.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or algorithms to place bets, access game outcomes, or scrape data from the Platform.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any other systematic exploitation of odds discrepancies or promotions.
• Attempting to launder money, finance terrorism, or conduct any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Impersonating any other person, company, or entity in communications with super777.
• Transmitting any malware, virus, or harmful code to or through the Platform.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, poker, or any other game where such collusion would provide an unfair advantage.
• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using false identities.
• Allowing or encouraging any person under the age of 18 to access or use your account.

super777 employs fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Players found to be in breach of any of the above obligations are subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, recovery of any withdrawals already processed in connection with the prohibited conduct, and referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

super777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account was opened with false or misleading information.
• The player is found to be under the age of 18.
• There is evidence of fraudulent or money laundering activity associated with the account.
• The player has activated a self-exclusion request.
• The account is subject to a legal order or regulatory requirement for closure.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players wishing to close their super777 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team at support@super777. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses must either be fulfilled or the remaining bonus balance will be forfeited. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their most recently used verified payment method, subject to identity verification.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing may activate a self-exclusion through their account settings or by contacting support directly. Self-exclusion periods are available for durations of one month, three months, six months, one year, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked and the player is removed from all marketing communications. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. super777 is committed to honouring all self-exclusion requests promptly and without delay.

8.3 Complaints and Disputes

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the super777 service, please contact our support team at support@super777 with full details of your complaint. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a full response within five business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of our internal review, you may request that the matter be escalated to a senior member of our compliance team.
